Context Manager
The knowledge layer that makes enterprise AI accurate, organizing institutional knowledge into structured, searchable records and a knowledge graph that powers agents across the organization, with confidence scores and source attribution on every fact.
The Challenge
AI is only as good as its context
Generative AI can produce fluent answers about anything, which is exactly the danger in an enterprise. Without grounded, trustworthy context, agents confidently invent details, and a single wrong fact erodes confidence in the whole system.
Institutional knowledge was scattered across tickets, records, and people's heads. To make agents accurate and useful across the org, that knowledge needed to be structured, searchable, attributable, and continuously maintained.
The Process
From scattered knowledge to a managed graph
Context Manager makes knowledge a first-class, governed asset. The design separates where people interact with agents (Microsoft Teams) from where knowledge is reviewed and managed (the web app), so the graph stays trustworthy.
Structure the knowledge
Organize institutional knowledge into structured, searchable records with confidence scores and source attribution on every AI-sourced fact.
Build the knowledge graph
A v2 knowledge graph over tickets and records makes relationships first-class, enabling accurate retrieval for agents across the organization.
Review, don’t recreate
An agent-first workflow surfaces extracted knowledge for humans to review and approve in the web app, rather than asking people to author everything from scratch.
The Solution
The knowledge layer that powers agents
Context Manager organizes institutional knowledge into structured records and a knowledge graph that powers agents across the org. Built on Next.js, Supabase + pgvector, and the Claude API for merge and extraction, it conversates through Microsoft Teams while keeping the web app as the place work is reviewed, approved, and managed.
Every AI-sourced fact carries a confidence score and source attribution, and the v2 knowledge graph over tickets and records makes relationships first-class for accurate retrieval.
The Results
Accurate AI, by design
By grounding agents in a governed, attributable knowledge layer, Context Manager turns generic AI capability into trustworthy, organization-specific answers.
