We are building a strategy for [Insert Company/Product]. Conduct a 'Wargaming' scenario analysis for the next 24 months. 

Create three distinct scenarios: 1) Base Case (status quo), 2) Bull Case (favorable tailwinds, rapid adoption), and 3) Bear Case (recession, aggressive competitor price war). 

For each scenario, outline the exact triggers we should monitor, and provide a 3-step contingency playbook we must execute if that scenario unfolds.
